For testing PayPal, it is somewhat confusing because there are 2 sites 
you have to deal with:
 
* sandbox.paypal.com - this is the PayPal simulator site: it is 
essentially an exact copy of the real paypal.com site except that no 
real money changes hands.
 
* developer.paypal.com - this is the "administration" site where you can 
create test accounts for the sandbox.paypal.com site, read (simulated) 
email (all the email from the sandbox.paypal.com site is simulated - it 
doesn't actually send emails), etc.
 
The way it works is you have to first log in to the developer.paypal.com 
site, using this developer account:
 
Email address: paypal-test@siliconforks.com
Password: mer{yck-({4~cZd9a<*Z
 
Then, once you have done that, you can log in to the sandbox.paypal.com 
site, using this test account:
 
Email address: b1_1265851472_per@siliconforks.com
Password: 265851904

You should probably do both of these first, before you start testing the 
"add job" functionality.  Then, when you test the "add job" and go to 
pay via paypal, you should be able to make the purchase.  (It may ask 
you for your password again, because you are making a purchase: you 
should enter the b1_1265851472_per@siliconforks.com/265851904 
information here.)
 
(By the way, feel free to create more accounts using the 
developer.paypal.com site if you want to test more buyers.  The "email 
address" may end with "@siliconforks.com" but keep in mind this is not a 
real email address - all the "email" is simulated and can be read from 
developer.paypal.com.)
